Refund policy

Return Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  2. 2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. 3. Contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@agrisevak.com and send your item to:

Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhyapradesh.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
